All website developed by internet effects are the soul property of internet effects until final payment is received on the site developed. After final payment Internet Effects reserves the right to display images, snapshots and other information pertaining to the designed site as part of Internet Effect's portfolio.

Cancellation Policy

Internet Effects will charge 75% of the estimate prior to Developing the site for client. However if site design is canceled by the client, Internet Effects reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the estimate for services rendered as well as keep the designed site as property of Internet Effects.

Service and Support

All requests for technical service and support will only be available to a website that had been designed by Internet Effects for a period of 45 days after the site completion date that is stated on the invoice. Sites that are maintained by Internet Effects will receive technical support.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against Internet Effects shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Internet Effects sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Northern California.
